The LC Softball team was defeated in the first round of the Region X Tournament by host team USC-Sumter, 0-3.  The Lady 'Canes will have another chance tomorrow in the double-elimination tournament, when they take on the Game 4 Loser between Aiken Technical College and USC-Lancaster.  The game is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
