LOUISBURG, NC – Saturday's Louisburg College football game versus ASA College has been cancelled. Due to the hurricane, there have been three NEFC football game cancellations this weekend involving New York City teams.  ASA at Louisburg, Nassau at Globe and Erie at Monroe have all been cancelled.  In consultation with the conference athletic directors who could be contacted, and due to the fact that all regular season games must be completed by November 11^th, these games will not be made up.

With the cancellation, Louisburg closes out the season with a record of 6-2 overall, 3-2 in conference play. The team could finish tied for third place, pending the outcome of Lackawanna and Dean's game and next week's match-up between ASA and Nassau CC will determine the conference championship.
