LOUISBURG, NC – The #2 Louisburg College men's basketball team closed out their regular season with a 92-81 win over Patrick Henry CC, Saturday evening. The win ups the Hurricanes' overall record to 29-1, 15-1 in conference play.

LaShawn Alexander (Norfolk, VA/Booker T. Washington HS) and Kevin Williams (Franklinton, NC/Franklinton HS) led the way for the 'Canes as they each scored 21 in the conference win. Antonio Robinson (Winston Salem, NC/Parkland HS) was the other LC player to hit for double-digits as he helped out with 13.

The#1 seeded Hurricanes will open up play at the 2013 Region X Tournament on Friday when they play Guilford Tech CC. All games in the 2013 championship tournament will be played on the campus of Catawba Valley CC, in Hickory, NC.
