LOUISBURG, NC – Both of the Louisburg College basketball teams wrapped up regular season play on Saturday and they will take the next couple of days to prepare for their 2013 Region X Championship Tournaments.

The top seeded Hurricane men will travel to Hickory, NC where they will take on eighth seeded Guilford Tech CC. Louisburg won the two regular season meetings, 80-59 and 118-67. Tipoff, on the campus of Catawba Valley CC, is scheduled for 1:00 pm.

The second seeded Lady 'Canes will travel to Martinsville, VA where they will play against the seven seed, Wake Tech CC. Louisburg handled the Eagles in their two previous meetings, 85-55 and 80-60, and will look to take the third match up and move on in the championship tournament. The two teams will meet at 7:00 pm, on the campus of Patrick Henry CC.
