LOUISBURG, NC — The #2 men's soccer team easily cruised past Richard Bland College, Saturday afternoon, with a 12-1 conference win at May Field.

Two Hurricanes earned hat tricks as Nicolai Hammer (Clearwater, FL/Countryside HS) and Ramzey Hassan (Reston, VA/Gar-Field HS) each netted three goals and they each picked up an assist in the weekend match. Defender, Daren Doyle (Henderson, NC/Kerr-Vance Academy) also had a multi-goal effort as he scored twice, while freshman midfielder Ostin Salmeron (Silver Springs, MD/Bethesda Chevy Chase HS) scored once and assisted on three other LC goals.

The 7-0, 5-0 in Region X, Hurricanes will have a week to prepare for their next game, on Saturday, when they host USC Lancaster at May Field. Opening kick in the Region X game is scheduled for 1:00 pm.
