MARTINSVILLE, VA  –  The Hurricanes men's soccer team earned a conference win over Patrick Henry CC, Wednesday night, as the Canes outscored the Patriots 9-2.

Three Hurricanes had multi-goal efforts with Adrian Gonzales (Fuquay Varina, NC/Fuquay Varin HS) leading the way with a hat trick. Ramzey Hassen (Reston, VA/Gar-Field HS) and Zevon Wells (St. Petersburg, FL/St. Petersburg Senior HS) each netted a pair of goals while Eduardo Alvarez (Tegucigalpa, Honduras/Golden HS) and Ostin Salmeron (Silver Spring, MD/Bethesda Chevy Chase HS) each scored once.

The 5-6-1, 5-4-1 in Region X, Hurricanes will take to the pitch again on Sunday when they travel to Wake Tech CC. Opening whistle in Raleigh is scheduled for 11:00 am.
