"Congratulations to Cedric Mullins and his family for earning the opportunity to wear a big league uniform and represent the Baltimore Orioles organization," said Head Baseball Coach Blake Herring. "Louisburg College and it's baseball program is proud of Cedric's accomplishments throughout his baseball career. Cedric, being the latest of many former Louisburg College baseball players to make it to the big leagues, gives our program some national recognition as well as credibility for future recruits that may have been overlooked in the recruiting process to feel good about attending a junior college, Louisburg College, and competing in our baseball program. Cedric's story is one that many aspiring athletes wish to live and we are proud to be a part of his story and proud to have a person with Cedric's character and work ethic represent our baseball program at Louisburg College."
